Tanquil Lisa Tai Collins (born 1963 in Roanoke, Virginia) is a model, actress, screenwriter, and former Miss Virginia USA (1983), whose television credits include writing for and acting on Baywatch. Collins gained considerable notoriety after alleging in 1991 that she and then-U.S. Senator Chuck Robb had carried on an eighteen-month sexual affair while Robb was Governor of Virginia. Senator Robb admitted to having shared a bottle of wine alone with Ms. Collins in his hotel room in New York (at the Hotel Pierre) in February 1984, and he also admitted that he had received a nude massage from Collins, but he did not admit to an affair. Soon after the story was made public, Collins appeared nude in Playboy.
